Lianna Cottage is the beautifully renovated main house at a character 1920s property in Auburn, Clare Valley, behind a classic white picket fence on Frederick Place.
Renovated by hand by its previous owner, the cottage has a genuine French flair that runs through every room. Two bedrooms (one king, one queen) each have their own ensuite, finished with beautiful showers that feature recycled materials. An additional powder room serves the rest of the house.
The open-plan living and dining area has polished timber floors, north-facing bifold doors opening to the private garden, a combustion heater and split-system air conditioning. The kitchen is built around a central island with gas burners and bar stools, alongside a Smeg oven. A Weber BBQ sits under the carport outside.
Auburn is at the gateway to the Clare Valley. Taylors Winery is nearby, boutique cellar doors are minutes away, and Adelaide is 1 hour 20 minutes by car.
