How This Option Works
For this model, our fees are 10% of bookings revenue plus GST, after cost of sales (commissions and credit card fees). For direct bookings, we charge a 5% marketing fee (a big saving compared to commission).

Housekeeping and Cleaning
Property Maintenance
We arrange for property maintenance and trades as required, to keep your property in tip-top shape.
How This Option Works
For this model, our fees on income work the same way as for Marketing and Reservations. We also charge reasonable fees for Cleaning and Maintenance.

Comprehensive Property Care
We take comprehensive care of the property as with the Full Service Management plan.
Housekeeping and Cleaning
We cover the cost of cleaning services, and other costs directly associated with guest stays.
How This Option Works
We will research rental rates and potential income for comparable properties in the area of your property, and offer a fair rate as a fixed, guaranteed monthly payment. We cover all costs associated with guest stays, and arrange maintenance of the property at your cost.
